Welcome to SchengenUAE. SchengenUAE is owned and operated by Power Line General Trading FZ-LLC.. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Important notice: SchengenUAE is a private service provider that offers support and assistance with booking Schengen application appointments and preparing documents. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority.
02Definition of Services
We provide the following services:
- Schengen appointment booking: assistance with booking appointments at approved application centres
- Document review: checking that all required documents are complete and accurate
- Application preparation: preparing and organizing the application file professionally
- Consultations: providing advice and guidance on application requirements
- Follow-up: following up on the application status and providing ongoing support
Note: We provide support and facilitation services only. The final decision to grant or refuse an application rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.
03Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide correct, accurate, and complete information
- Provide all required documents on time
- Attend the booked appointment at the specified time and place
- Pay all fees due (service fees + application fees)
- Comply with all laws and regulations relating to travel and immigration
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your information or circumstances
- Not use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
04Fees and Payment
Service fees:
Our service fees are separate from government application fees and application centre fees. Fees are clearly agreed before the service begins.
Payment terms:
- Service fees must be paid in advance, before processing of the application begins
- Government application fees are paid directly to the application centre
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- If we cancel the service, the full amount will be refunded
Refund policy:
Service fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
- The application is refused by the embassy or consulate
- The appointment is cancelled by the client
- The client does not attend the booked appointment
- Incorrect information or documents are provided
- After processing of the application has begun and the appointment has been booked
05Warranties and Limited Liability
We do not guarantee:
- Approval or issuance of the application
- Any specific processing time for the application (outside our control)
- Availability of appointments on specific dates
- Any particular outcome of the application process
Our liability is limited to:
- Providing support and assistance services professionally
- Making every effort to ensure that documents are accurate and complete
- Booking available appointments as soon as possible
- Providing advice and guidance based on our experience
Disclaimer: We accept no responsibility for decisions of embassies or consulates, or for any delay or refusal of an application. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services only.
06Cancellation and Rescheduling
By the client:
- The service can be cancelled before processing begins, subject to a 20% administrative fee
- Once the appointment has been booked, service fees cannot be refunded
- Rescheduling is available subject to appointment availability and rescheduling fees
- You must notify us of the cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment
By us:
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any request
- If we cancel, the full amount will be refunded
- We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any changes
07Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your information:
- All information and documents provided are treated with complete confidentiality
- We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary to provide the service
- We use encryption technologies to protect your data

08Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is protected by intellectual property rights:
- Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission is prohibited
- The "SchengenUAE" trademark is exclusively owned by us

11Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
We will make every effort to notify you of any material changes by email or WhatsApp.
12Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through:
- First: amicable negotiation between the parties
- Second: mediation if necessary
- Third: the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
13Additional Terms
User conduct:
Using our services for the following is prohibited:
- Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Impersonation or forgery of documents
- Harassing or annoying our staff or other clients
- Attempting to hack or disrupt our systems
- Posting offensive or inappropriate content
Termination of service:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services immediately and without prior notice if you:

- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct
- Fail to comply with our reasonable requests
